57 Promenade (2-BR Apartment)

57 Promenade is located at Thamrin, the heart of Central Jakarta’s business and entertainment district. The two newly completed apartment towers soar up above the bustling streets, standing as the embodiment of modern urban living.

We were tasked with designing a two-bedroom apartment for rent. The goal was to create flexible spaces to cater to the diverse needs and lifestyles of potential tenants.

As we stepped into the bare unit for the first time, we were greeted by the soft glow of sunlight filtering through the large windows. The vision was clear – a bright and warm sanctuary with white painted walls, allowing natural light to bounce off surfaces, paired with wooden furniture, its golden-brown hue illuminated in daylight.

The entry foyer sets a striking first impression. Stepping out of the private lift, you are greeted by the main door finished in wood. Floor-to-ceiling mirror panels create an illusion of a larger space, while chalk-toned wall panels provide a soft contrast. A discreet shoe cabinet and warm wall lighting complete the entrance.

The open-plan living and dining room features a plush cream sofa and a natural teak wicker armchair. A soft-textured wool rug defines the seating area, centered around a dark-stained oak coffee table. Wall panels finished in oak wood textured laminate extend across the entire wall, transitioning into built-in cabinetry and a TV console.

The dining area flows seamlessly from the living space, featuring a natural teak wood table with chairs and a matching bench. A custom upholstered cushion hangs from a metal rod behind the bench, adding both style and comfort.

A portal frames the corridor leading to the two bedrooms and baths, finished in matching oak wood laminate. At the corridor's end, an artwork hangs illuminated by recessed lighting, casting a soft ambient glow that accentuates the wooden textures.

The result is more than just a living space – it is a canvas upon which tenants can paint their stories. Whether they are professionals seeking convenience or a family looking for comfort, this two-bedroom unit is designed to be an elegant and adaptable home.
