STEP 01
Initial Consultation
Let’s meet up to explore your space and understand your vision. Share your lifestyle, brand, needs, and preferences with us as we work together to bring your dreams to life. We recommend bringing inspiration images from Instagram, Pinterest, or design magazines – they truly help communicate your ideas!
STEP 02
Onboarding
We’ll present a moodboard showcasing our vision for your space, including color schemes, furniture, and layout suggestions. After you share your feedback and get a sense of our working style, we’ll provide a quote for your consideration. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll handle the paperwork and begin transforming your space.
STEP 03
Kick-off Meeting
We’ll conduct a site viewing to review the transformation plan for your space in detail, allowing you to identify key priorities and set timeline expectations. Together, we’ll develop a comprehensive project plan that keeps everything on track and within budget, ensuring we take the most effective approach to achieve your goals.
STEP 04
Concept to design development
Get ready for the exciting phase where your vision comes to life. We’ll walk you through layouts, sketches, material selections, and help you choose the perfect furniture and accessories. To make it even better, we’ll provide rendered images so you can see the final look before signing off. The whole process typically spans six to eight weeks, varying by project scope.
STEP 05
Tender to construction
Following your design approval, we’ll spend six to eight weeks preparing tender drawings and specifications to give your project proper attention. We’ll assist in selecting the ideal contractor through tender and oversee their work during construction to ensure our design vision is accurately implemented in your space.
STEP 06
Project completion
After completing all the finishing touches and placing the last piece of furniture, we’ll perform a thorough quality inspection and document the transformation with photos. Our primary focus is ensuring your complete satisfaction with your newly renovated space, striving not just to meet but exceed your expectations in bringing your vision to reality.
